CAVITE CITY—San Sebastian College-Recoletos de Cavite (SSC-RdC) and Sacred Heart School of Cavite-Recoletos de Alfonso (SHSC-RdA) have initiated a joint relief effort to alleviate the plight of evacuees from Laurel, Batangas.

Religious Administrators, Lay Administrators, and Staff of both Recollect Communities were on hand to assess the needs of twenty families who fled from Laurel because of the imminent danger posed by the continuous activity of the Taal Volcano. 99 individuals, ages one to 92, were given shelter by the Alfonso School.

SSC-R de Cavite also assisted in CDRRMO-Cavite City and MDRRMO Rosario relief activities.

San Sebastian College-Recoletos de Cavite and Sacred Heart School of Cavite-Recoletos de Alfonso reiterate their appeal to all good Samaritans to donate in kind to our brethren in need.

The SSC-RdC Main Campus donation drop-off center located in Sta. Cruz, Cavite City continues to accept in-kind support for those affected by the calamity. Please proceed to the Front Gate.
