Fray Tol submits dissertation to REAP President

BACOLOD CITY–Just a few hours before his graduation, Fray Tol Almayo, OAR, hands his dissertation to the new REAP President, Fray William Villaflor, OAR, this afternoon in the convent of the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos.
