April 9 is 170th Birthday of St. Ezekiel Moreno

St Ezekiel saw the light of day on 9 April 1848 at Alfaro, La Rioja, Spain. Augustinian Recollect religious, missionary, local prior, parish priest, prior provincial, bishop, defender of the Catholic Church, Marian devotee, Eucharistic champion, Sacred Heart of Jesus promoter, most of all, God’s faithful Servant. He returned to his Maker on 19 August 1906 at Monteagudo, Navarra, Spain, a victim of cancer of the nasopharynx. by Emmanuel Luis Romanillos.
