The traditional and highly anticipated CST-R Grand Alumni Homecoming finally got back its swag after Thomasians Batch 1997, the Silver Jubilarians, organized and hosted remarkable events last October 30 to 31, 2021.
Despite the pandemic and several restrictions and protocols, Batch 1997 managed to implement their outreach program to three CST-R adopted schools. The batch gave support materials for printing learning modules and turned them over to the representatives of the three schools last October 30, 2021.
Through their internal fund-raising activities, the batch donated Php 100,000.00 to CST-R for the renovation of comfort rooms at the St. Ezekiel Moreno Building. The amount was turned over to Rev. Fr. Joel Alve, OAR, CST-R director and principal and to Rev. Fr. Vicente Ramon, Jr., OAR, CST-R treasurer during the Glitz and Glamour Night at the CST-R Cultural Hall, October 31.

From Thomasians to Thomasians. Mr. John Ray Gonzalez of CST-R Batch 1998 receives the Key of Responsibility from Duhaylungsod.
Also a Thomasian Parent. Mayor Gustilo recognizes CST-R’s contributions to the development of the community in San Carlos City as he himself is a parent of Thomasian alumni. The mayor donates Php 10,000.00 for the Batch 1997 project at CST-R.
Always a Thomasian. Also a Thomasian alumnus (Batch 1988), Fr. Alve expresses his gratitude to the Silver Jubilarians for their generosity to CST-R and effort in keeping the Grand Alumni Homecoming tradition alive despite the restrictions of the pandemic.
Just Like the Old Days. Members of Batch 1997 dance to pop beats reminiscent of their high school days when they would perform at CST-R programs and events.
Recognized by the Diocese. The Plaque of Appreciation signed and awarded by Most Rev. Gerardo Alminaza, DD. The Augustinian Recollects received this plaque at the San Carlos Borromeo Cathedral last October 31, 2021.

Always United. Despite the numerous challenges, CST-R Batch 1997 organized events from biking, tree planting, outreach to formal dinner. Although many members did not make it due to travel restrictions, those who are in San Carlos City “came home” to celebrate the 25th Year of their high school graduation.
