Antipolo, July 6, 2024—In a solemn and inspiring ceremony held today at St. Ezekiel Moreno Novitiate Recoletos five novices made their simple profession of vows, marking a significant milestone in their spiritual journeys. The ceremony was presided over by Rev. Fr. Bernard C. Amparado, OAR, who served as the main celebrant. The novices—Fray June Clark D. Solas, OAR; Fray Jesse Meer E. Alipes, OAR; Fray Christian J. Peralta, OAR; Fray Nestor R. Lloren Jr., OAR; and Fray Justin Luis C. Zafra, OAR—publicly committed to living lives dedicated to chastity, poverty, and obedience.

The event was attended by members of the Augustinian Recollect community, family, friends, and well-wishers, all gathered to witness and support the novices as they took this important step. The simple profession of vows signifies the novices’ formal acceptance into the Order of Augustinian Recollects and their readiness to continue their journey of religious formation.

The ceremony concluded with heartfelt congratulations and blessings for the newly professed novices, who now embark on the next phase of their religious formation with renewed dedication and purpose.
