BACOLOD CITY – The community of the University of Negros Occidental – Recoletos celebrated the feast of St. Ezekiel Moreno. The celebration started with Novena Masses from August 10 – August 18, 2017. The Feast day was celebrated with a Walk for healing at 6 am from the Capitol Lagoon to the university gym.
